Anna Lytridou
Profile/CV
Through her artwork, Anna Lytridou create images from her immediate environment that present her subjective existence in a real space. More deeply, she aim to examine two contrary things: the real space as an image in the 21st century which exists through her eyes and she translate it with lines and geometry shapes, and the individual space, which overcomes the boundaries of real images. She combine this space with the unconscious part of the human mind as it exists from experiences, memories and dreams and she use abstract and more complicated shapes.
Anna Lytridou was born in Cyprus in 1986. She lives and works in London.
