Profile/CV
London based Painter and Printmaker. My past work has been based in abstract painting, collage and mono printing using acrylic, pigments and oils on canvas. My style often combines vibrant colours and textures using a layering process to integrate the tones and create depth. I have continued to explore the use of atypical resources often recycling materials, which are paper based, and work into old canvases building up on layers, creating textural collages. At same time I use my sketchbooks as a medium building up a creative continuum as transcribed into my personal reference journals with some work reflecting old manuscripts and artefacts morphing into layered pages of books. This has also led me towards developing installations of the same themes and include body, books, myths and worship
