Joe Duggan was born in Limerick and studied at the Royal College of Art in London. His photographic works were shown in the UK and internationally: The Family Man (2007) at LCGA, Limerick; Babylon (2005) at Koraalberg, Antwerp, Belgium; NeverEver (2003) at Hirschl Contemporary Art, London. His recent works use installation and sculpture alongside photography: Dear God (2009) at Extraspazio, Rome.
