My practice as a fine artist utilises a variety of approaches and media to investigate a range of core concerns, including aspects of the built environment, and our relationship to the everyday. In one case the process of experimentation with form and content has given rise to a series of video-works that propose the subversion of physical norms. Alternatively, other works have a more painterly and sculptural character, with notation and reconstruction based on the 'archeological' evidence of extremely recent urban activity. Other pieces might be site-specific light installations that examine the nature of an interior space. Site-specificity/responsiveness is usually a key component of the work and its presentation.
