The work focuses on the interpretation of human existence through space.
My practice combines painting with installation sculpture, touching on theatrical elements of created or imagined space. The work deals with the complexity of experience and emotion and how they can interfere with memory.
The human form is the basis of my practice being presented within undefined space and time. Appearing detached from any plausible reality, emerging from an existential plane of consciousness as though suspended shadows of a former existence.
