Monitor Gallery opened in October 2003.
From the start, one of its main goals has been to offer an experimental space for a new generation of artists.
Monitor has always been recognized as one of the first galleries in Rome to be totally committed to up and coming international artists such as Ursula Mayer, Guido van der Werve, Nathaniel Mellors, Alexandre Singh and with a strong presence of young Italian artists such as Francesco Arena, Ra di Martino, Nico Vascellari, Antonio Rovaldi, ZimmerFrei, Tomaso De Luca. From May 2013 Monitor started the collaboration with Claudio Verna, one of the most significant artists of the late sixty generation.
One of the Monitor's main goals is to support italian art in order to provide our artists the deserved visibility in the national and international contest.
