London based curator & artist; Adopting an experimental and material led approach to her practice Price's work is concerned with investigating the dynamic between our material and our conceptual worlds often through the pairing of image and form. Current concerns lie with the often abrasive relationship between our digital and physical realms.
Price works on the assumption that our physical experience of the world informs our conceptual formation of it, specifically, that they should not be viewed as mutually exclusive. Price gained a B.A. (Hons) in Fine Art & Psychology in 2006 at the University of Reading and has since been continuing to develop her practice in New Cross based studios in London. Price currently curates the in house programme at Hatch Space, Deptford (www.hatchspace.co.uk) and leads art tours for the recently launched South London Art Map: www.southlondonartmap.com
Price has exhibited throughout the U.K. and been involved in a number of indisciplinary projects.
