Roshan Sahi studied Art in Santiniketan, West Bengal. He is a co-founder of Labyrinth Design Collaborative. He has worked as a consultant Art teacher in different Schools of diverse social backgrounds. He has been involved in an Arts Education program across Karnataka training Government school teachers to think and teach in more creative ways. He Co-authored a handbook for Teachers helping teachers teach their class subjects in creative and artistic ways. He has also given training for teachers in other states across India. Ecology is an important dimension in his work. He worked in London for three years in Horticultural therapy with people with learning disabilities. He is trained in horticulture and garden design, RHS London. He has professionally worked as a ceramicist for the last ten years creating murals and earthenware pottery. He has had solo and group exhibitions of his paintings both in the UK and in India. Presently he works at CERTAD, Srishti (FSP, PDP) and in Drishya engaging students to think and act creatively in ecology.
