Even though I have a degree in Economics, art has always been the love of my life.
I started working with ceramics at the tender age of seven. I was a very active child and ceramics was the way that my parents found to keep me focused.
Five years ago I discovered the wonders of glass.
I have combined my 30 years’ experience ceramics and the challenges of glass and created a Collection about the Brazilian Wonders, using different techniques like cast, fusing, kiln forming and lots of cold working.
The source of my inspiration was something that struck me.
Sometimes it wasn’t necessarily the place that inspired me.
The colors or the architecture really made an impression on me.
That’s something that really comes out of the blue.
