My practise varies in scope and scale from site specific installations and individual pieces for exhibition to experience and implementation of many public art projects. I use photography to source images, which may be fragmented, enlarged or re-assembled and applied to glass and mixed media panels and constructions. A particular time and place is explored in individual works, often looking at natural and man-made interventions in the landscape, using both overview and detail.
I have an established career as a visual artist, working across fine art, craft and design, and originally studied at Goldsmith's, University of London, and the Royal College of Art. I have exhibited widely nationally and internationally, including several solo shows.
Embracing experimentation, I have received Arts Council Project Awards to explore digital and photographic applications, enabling me to realise large scale glass and mixed media projects.
