Stolen Edgar Degas Painting Worth £800k Found On Bus Near Paris

A valuable pastel on canvas by the French Impressionist artist Edgar Degas titled Les Choristes/The Chorus  stolen from a Marseille museum in 2009, has been discovered on a bus close to Paris. It was found during a random search, according to officials.

Stolen Hans Hofmann Paintings Recovered – Scandalous Inside Job Exposed

Part of a collection of Hans Hofmann paintings stolen in 2004 from a New York City-based fine art storage facility has been recovered. Working with the NYPD and the FBI, Art Recovery International negotiated the release of one of the paintings.
