A pop-up exhibition taking place in an underground car park in Chinatown at the very centre of the Chinese New Year celebrations for the Year of the Dog when the entire West End is pedestrianised featuring over 120 artists.

Over a hundred underground artists. Installation/light/sound/art/movement/robots/roosters and anti-roosters. Science, construction, art and creation taking place in the deepest floors of an undercity car park beneath Leicester Square.
