Lady Gaga has always known how to mix art with popular culture. Her art school background seems to surface at every opportunity. Now the mega monster is collaborating with the fashion photographer Terry Richardson to create her first official documentary. Known for her wild costumes and outrageous stage antics, Gaga has moved on to movie roles, a popular perfume and running her own bijoux social network.

After weeks of speculation, the inventor of the meat dress, has announced that she along with Richardson will be creating a documentary set for release sometime in 2013. "Merry Christmas little monsters! Terry Richardson @Terry_World is making a #LadyGagaMOVIE documenting my life, the creation of ARTPOP + you!", was one her many Xmas tweets. Gaga's fourth album is predicted to include a mobile phone and iPad app, as a feature along with the CD package. Her press office has stated that the app will include a games, videos and special interviews of the singer.

Richardson was born in New York City. He was the son of Bob Richardson, a well known fashion photographer who struggled with schizophrenia and drug abuse. Raised in Hollywood, where he attended Hollywood High School. He was shy as a teenager and at some times deemed "completely lacking in social skills." He played bass guitar in the punk rock band The Invisible Government for five years before turning to photography. Richardson began working when his mother introduced him to Tony Kent, a photographer who hired him as an assistant. He once claimed of the fashion world, "It's not who you know, it's who you blow."

Richardson has photographed some of the world's iconic personalities, including Barack Obama, but has also been slammed in the press for taking provocative 'art' photos replicating sexual play. His work has been called "pornography" by some, however many equate it in the same light as Richard Prince and Ryan McGinty. He currently shoots for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar.
