entrance, and is about 5 tenants. The studios
are open-plan and the possibility of using a small wood-workshop at
the back of the building exists also (chop saw/band saw, that kind of
thing). Size wise space is approx 24 running feet-that is to say
two side partition walls, one 8ft, one 4ft, and 12ft of wall space
between. The space is clean and dry and the folks there are
friendly-there are illustrators/painters and sculptors working there
so it is pretty multi functional and it can be accessed 24/7. Rent
is £162 per month, and any additional charges like
water/electricity are split evenly between tenants (approx £12 a month), and one month deposit
paid up front too. It's right off Kingsland Rd and near art
supply/hardware stores, Dalston Kingsland Rail, and cafes so pretty
handy location.
