The space is ideal for a product or graphic designer or similar business. There is a small kitchen area and toilet. Total area is around 450sqf and will be divided equally, or can be rented as a whole. 

The rent is inclusive of : buildings insurance, electricity, internet, water, council tax, alarm, use of existing telephone but exclusive of call charges. The space is unfurnished and flexible. 

Ground floor is an interior design shop and we are happy to offer display opportunity to the products of the designers if applicable. (commission and credit card machine charges apply) 

The space is available April onwards but can be flexible.
