6 Chairs - Art House Foundation
With chairs from: Rupert Ackroyd / Matthew Darbyshire / Caroline Rolf / Mark Titchner / Keith Wilson / Alison Wilding For 6 Chairs, Art House Foundation (AHF) has invited 6 British artists to introduce a chair - found or of their own design - into its exhibition space for a period of 9 weeks. These chairs will be made available to different groups at different times, both as objects of contemplation and for use in formal and informal meetings, classes, presentations and actions. Members of the Public may book the use of the chairs on Thursdays and Fridays 12-5pm, and Saturdays 12-4pm during the project’s 9-week run. Those wishing to book a time slot should emailinfo@arthousefoundation.org with a brief description of how they propose to put the chairs to use.
