American Mountains – The Last Thing - The Nunnery
American Mountains - The Last Thing is the continuation of a group project, initiated earlier this year at Auto Italia South East. The term 'American Mountains' here is evocative of a thing unreachable - distant in both time and space. This incarnation will include a gallery exhibition, a series of texts, presentations and a website hosted by dreck.co.uk.
Exhibiting at The Nunnery are: Dave Charlesworth, Anna Bunting-Branch, Matthew Robinson, Jamie George, Richard Whitby, Rebecca Kressley and Siôn Parkinson.
Opening event: Thursday 2nd December 6.30 – 9.30pm (as part of Time Out First Thursdays)
Presentations and screening: Saturday 18th December, 2pm (a discussion of the exhibition by the artists involved)
Exhibition open: Friday – Sunday from 1pm to 5pm
