Fine Photography Sale for Bonhams New York Bonhams & Butterfields Spring Photographs sale will include works by such photographers as Berenice Abbott, Cartier-Bresson, Ansel Adams, Brett Weston, Imogen Cunningham, Kertesz, Ruth Bernhard, as well as contemporary photographers Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, Herb Ritts, Peter Beard, Gregory Crewdson, and Harry Callahan. Our sales have established some of the highest international auction records. Bonhams first sale of fine photographs simulcast to its New York City salesroom brought nearly $600,000 on 28th October, with several lots inspiring competitive bidding.
