Edmund Clark's thought-provoking project Guantanamo: If the light goes out is going on show in three different UK exhibitions, and has been published as a book by Dewi Lewis.

Guantanamo: if the light goes out shows everyday living space in the Guantanamo Bay detention centre and in ex-detainees' homes, considering the ongoing effect of incarceration on the prisoners, many of whom were ultimately released without charge. The project won the portfolio category in BJP's 2009 International Photography Award, but Clark continued to work on it well into 2010 and the final edit is now being presented in two solo shows in London, at Flowers East (15 October - 13 November)
