Essence, Olympic Based Paintings - Bankside Bubble
Essence, Exhibition of Olympic inspired works by international artist Brain Sal Corral. While the opportunity last, feel the energy in still motion and the power of the athletes as they perform on canvas through his brush. This collection of paintings is part of an ongoing series culminating in a final exhibition of 20 paintings closer to the beginning of the 2012 Games. The abstract paintings of pure individual colours coalescing into athletes are perfectly attuned to the harmonious spirit of the Olympics. They are displayed in the Bankside Bubble, just above the Bankside Health Club and are visible from outside the gym and within via the spiral staircase at the main entrance.
Lite refreshment and drinks served for the Opening Night Viewing at 7:00 pm on Dec. 9th. The work will remain up for weekend viewing after Opening Night.
