Guises of Listening is an exhibition bringing together ambitious and innovative new works by fifteen artists for whom sound is a central component of their practice. 

To accompany the exhibition there will be a Symposium with speakers Dr. Caroline Bassett and Caroline Bergvall.

Guises of Listening is curated by Richard Hylton and Mark Jackson.

Guises of Listening is an exhibition and symposium presenting the final work of MA Sound Arts graduates of London College of Communication. The groundbreaking work in the exhibition demonstrates the high level of critical debate in sonic disciplines fostered by the university’s Department of Sound Art and Design since 1998.
