Developing their practices in an interlinked environment, all of the participating artists have been working in the same creative atmosphere for the past 7 months. This setting has allowed discussion and exchange of ideas. As a group they intend to view their work outside of the context of the university, engaging an audience within a different surrounding.
Although there is a similarity in their working situations, they utilise a variety of practices. Through the exhibition they intend to discover links between themselves as practitioners of different media and methods, such as; video/performance/painting/sculpture/photography/digital media.
The artists are conducting a curatorial experiment; not necessarily to search out links between their works, but to present the pieces in a setting where a dialogue and connection between their ideas and aesthetics can be established and further investigated.
