PREVIEW BERLIN – The Emerging Art Fair 2010 - Airport Berlin
The sixth edition of PREVIEW BERLIN – The Emerging Art Fair, Berlin’s most successful satellite art fair, will take place from October 8 – 10, 2010 in Berlin’s historic Tempelhof Airport. Since its foundation in 2005, the fair has offered national as well as international galleries and project spaces a platform to present the works of a new generation of emerging artists to collectors, experts and art lovers, and also set these up for discussion.
This year, PREVIEW BERLIN has focused on the development of a novel fair concept, growing out of the experiences of the previous years. New possibilities in booth construction will be explored in collaboration with students from the faculty Bühnenbild_Szenischer Raum (stage design) of TU Berlin. These will not only take artistic aspects into account, but also the integration of ecological features within the overall fair concept.
