Benedict Drew (b. 1977, Kyneton, Australia. Lives and works in London)
Benedict Drew works in video, performance, film, music and text. A central concern for his practice is the desire to explore our relationship with technology, authority and control. He is currently a LUX Associate Artist. Drew also is a member of Art collective The Work in Progress who recently worked with the Whitechapel Art Gallery on the ‘Reclaim the Mural’ project.
Next spring, Benedict Drew will also present a solo project at Cell Project Space in London (9 April–27 May).
