Brick Lane Village Summer Fete and Art Auction Announced

The Brick Lane Village Summer Fete and Art Auction is upon us again with A raffle prize from Tracey Emin, the Insect Circus Museum and the BOWOWOW’s ‘Fido Fiesta’ Dog Show Unique artworks created by Gavin Turk, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Freud, Andrew Weatherall, Jimmy Caughty, La Roux, Martha Fiennes, Richie Culver, Pure Evil and many many more

This fundraising event PFP raises awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and highlights Chris McMuck’s story, supporting him in promoting a healthy diet and complementary therapies within the general healthcare system. Some of the proceeds will go towards Bow Ability Gym, the only East London gym with wheelchair access, which is on the verge of closing.

The art auction will feature established and emerging artists from the fashion, music and entertainment worlds. Over 30 artists and personalities will be given a blank canvas and asked to create a unique artwork inspired by the creativity of East London. Some artists have donated existing works.

Participating artists include; Chris Avis, Jules Bishop, Mia Buckton, Justine Roland-Cal, Jimmy Caughty, Keeda Cowley, Richie Culver, Tinsel Edwards, Martha Fiennes, Nina Fowler, Paul Freud, Alastair John Gordon, Tom Hallifax, Cate Halpin, Richard Heslop, La Roux, Paris Leonti, Andrew Logan, Christina Maximoff, Luke Mclean, Graham Murtough, Wendy Olver, Tom Oxley, Pure Evil, Chips O’Rafferty, Suzzy Rappaport, Jamie Reid, Javier Rodriquez, Robert Rubbish, Paul Sakoilsky, Matty Skylab, Robyn Stewart, Twinkle Troughton, Jonny Trunk, Vault 49, Julia Warr, Andrew Weatherall, Vivienne Westwood, Wild Cat Will, Wozy P.

The silent auction will be hosted by an East End personality who will keep everyone in good spirit so to bid high at this exclusive and exciting sale of one-off works. Canvases have been kindly donated by Cowling & Wilcox.
