Tom Barnett Exhibition Enters Final Phase With Performance Piece

A new exhibition by Tom Barnett  will see a space in Peckham transformed from the immersive, multimedia environment of the past two weeks into its closing configuration. In the third and final week featuring an audiovisual installation set within an imagined landscape, a new iteration will be introduced by a performance on the night.

The evening will also see the launch of CLIMBING CASTEL MONTE, an illustrated short story. The fairy tale narrative accompanies a film of the same name shot by the artist in Spoleto, Italy in the summer of 2013. The book is a ‘Published by Guy’ production.

A limited edition box designed by the artist and published by Studio Hato press (details below) will also be available to view at the opening, alongside copies of THE BEAUTIFUL GAME artist’s book. THE BEAUTIFUL GAME is an exhibition in three acts bringing together Tom Barnett’s work in the worlds of sculpture, painting, live performance, music, choreography, installation and film.
