C.A.Halpin Inside The Outside World




The Outside World is pleased to present… ‘C.A.Halpin Inside The Outside World’, a retrospective show of paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs.  The show mounted by artist/curator and inspiration for The Outside World.

 

The show covers a period stretching over the past thirty years and represents the differing themes and forms that her work has taken.  This body of work includes early graphic works and paintings as well as sculptures, hand made books and photographs. 

 

The main themes that run through her work regardless of medium is based around the idea of the found, the overheard, the thrown away or disregarded, objects, ideas, words, that are nudged over, winked at and brought back into view by their collective transposition from detritus to discovery.
