Rebecca Scott and the Knitted Word

The main project is about knitting, in previous works Rebecca Scott had used the medium of knitting to underlind a traditioal female task. On this occaision , text from The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights will be knitted , with each work made into a cushion. The artist would like to invite people from around the world to knit a word from the document, which will then be exhibitied as a celebration of the Declaration of people’s struggles in the world.
