Valery Koroshilov: New Works

Valery Koroshilov (b.1961) is the Winner of The Artist of The Year Award 2010 by the Artists & Illustrators Magazine. Last year his large oil “Ecce Homo”  was voted by the jury of theUK’s national competition the overall winner in all categories among over 3,500 entries.

New Works by Valery Koroshilov, the current exhibition at the Centre for Strategy and Communication is a part of the North London annual Islington Exhibits visual arts festival. More than 20 new figurative oil paintings will be on the public display for the first time, featuring the artist’s favorite subjects: Landscape, Portraiture and Still Life.

These pictures earned the artist the reputation of a Contemporary Master, Art In London Magazine.

The exhibition is a rare opportunity to see a collection of new works by Valery Koroshilov, as recent studio paintings are mostly commissioned by the private and corporate clients. Latest projects of the artist include P&O Cruises, where the designers of the British biggest luxury super-liner Ventura commissioned him 36 paintings and murals. Dame Helen Mirren officially opened it in 2008 in Southampton. Recent solo shows include Standard Chartered Bank, London 2009 and Baker Tilly HQ, London 2010.
