The Royal Academy of Arts is an independent charity led by eminent artists and architects—the Royal Academicians— who pursue their mission through exhibitions, education and debate. It has a diverse exhibition programme from ancient sculptures to modern-day masterpieces and large-scale installations. Proceeds from the annual open call Summer Exhibition funds the Royal Academy Art School.
