Art of Angel: A New Exhibition Below And Above Ground

Art Below are presenting their annual ‘Art of Angel’ exhibition which showcases a selection of outstanding international artists work on billboard space throughout Angel tube station for 2 weeks this January. On the 16th January Art Below are launching a 3 day exhibition of the artists original work at The Candid Arts Trust, a Victorian warehouse with over 6,500 sq ft of exhibition space, located directly behind Angel station, and just  5 minutes walk from The London Art Fair at the Business Design Centre (15th – 19th Jan)
 
Exhibiting Artists: Julia Abele,    Francis Akpata, Heloise Bergman, Henrietta Bowden Jones,    Peter Brooke-Ball, Lisa Cirenza, Lisa Cody Rapport, Alison Jackson, Hayden Kays, Marie-Claudine Llamas, Philip Levine and Sequin Kay, Ani Lang, C.W.Lubeck, Suzi Morris,    Scarlett Raven, Andrew Stanney,  David Stanley, Bran Symondson, Katharine Tustain, John Tunstall, Johan Wahlstrom, Patrick Whitehead.

This year’s posters will go on display from early January and be on view for at least two weeks. Taking over what is usually reserved for commercial advertising space, has become a trademark for Art Below. The exhibition has been curated and organised by Ben Moore who has gained a reputation for cutting edge pop-up shows in London, New York, New Orleans and LA.
