Show Your Art On A London Underground Poster Celebrate 150 Years

As we celebrate 150 years of the London Underground there is no better time to be a part of Art Below’s exciting program of art on the underground. This February is a VIP month in London’s cultural calendar with some of the biggest events across music, film and fashion taking place, such as the BAFTA’s, the Brit Awards and London Fashion Week. For 2 weeks starting 11th February we are giving you the opportunity to feature your artwork on billboard space in a station of your choice.

As an Art Below exhibitor your chosen piece of work will also be on show to the public as an A2 framed lambda print at the Underground Gallery, which is actually based in Charing Cross Underground Station, in the very heart of London, just seconds away from Trafalgur Square and the National Gallery. To mark the launch of February’s Art Below there will be a private view event for all the artists taking part and their invited guests.

For the sixth year running Art Below thrives on providing artists with access to advertising space in the London Underground where nearly 2 million people travel every day. The mission is to enrich the everyday life of the traveling public by giving fresh insight into the very latest in art, illustration, photography, fashion, whilst at the same time providing a platform for emerging talent. Such exhibitions involve taking over entire walkways, escalators, platforms and passenger lifts, at home and abroad in Berlin and Tokyo with further expansion in USA and Asia.
