Following a successful private view and as part of Sandra Higgins’ on-going series of salon events at her Gallery Petit, we are delighted to be hosting a talk with the artist Jeanne Masoero and the prominent art critic, Sarah Kent.
‘From Idea into Image’ will take us through an in-depth exploration of the sedulity and rigour behind Masoero’s luminous ‘Magnetic Fields’ canvases, as well as the vocabulary of images – Mayan temples, buried cities – that influenced and inspired her paper reliefs.
