Space Station Sixty-Five is 10 years old this July.

We have invited a selection of artists to be part of this celebratory exhibition, some of whom we have shown during the last ten years, as well as some we hope to work more with in the future.

We are also inviting our mailing list and the general public to bring work along on the opening night to add to the curated exhibition, in the spirit of our open submission window shows at our North Cross Road site.

Invited Artists are
Rosalie Schweiker, Cathie Pilkington, Ole Hagen, Edwina Ashton, Stephen Nelson, Paul Jones, Annie Whiles, Sonia Boyce, Brian Griffiths, Amanda Francis, Craig Fisher, Jennet Thomas, Francis Thorburn, Rosie Lee, Sarah Jones and for this special occasion, the Space Station Sixty-Five team.

No Now! open submission guidelines
As part of No Now! there is an opportunity for everyone to add to the curated exhibition by bringing work with you the opening night, Friday 20th July 6.30-8.30pm.

To be part of No Now! you have these options-
1. Bring work to Space Station Sixty-Five during the opening night.
Some walls will be left clear for a salon hang. White tack, drawing pins and Velcro will be provided to put work up, as well as some in-situ empty fixings. No tools (e.g. drills, hammers) will be provided on the night, so if your work is wall-based please ensure it can be hung with pins, Velcro or white tack.
Sculptures may be free standing or placed on window sills etc. No plinths will be provided.
SS65 have some glass topped display tables for a limited amount of delicate submissions.
Submissions not displayed on the opening night may be left with us to be exhibited the next day.
During the week of the exhibition Space Station Sixty-Five will re-hang some of the submissions.

2. Bring your work to Space Station Sixty-Five during the day of 20th July, between 10.00am-4.00pm. This will give SS65 an opportunity to curate your work alongside the work of the invited artists.

3. Performance. If you would like to submit performance or other time based work, email SS65 with details of your proposal before 18th July. Performance will be programmed in to No Now! for the SLAM Last Friday, 27th July, between 6.30pm-8.30pm and/or over the weekends during the show.

IMPORTANT- the exhibition will be invigilated and every care taken, but SS65 cannot be responsible for any potential (unlikely) damage to your work.
Space Station Sixty-Five reserve the right to refuse submissions on the grounds of size or content.
Submissions must be picked up from SS65 after the exhibition closes, during the week beginning 30th July.
