Prof Del Loewenthal
Prof Del Loewenthal will first give an overview of the therapeutic use of photographs as in his recent book ‘Phototherapy and Therapeutic Photography in a Digital Age’ (Routledge 2013). Del will explore in what ways children and young people projecting onto photographs helps us work therapeutically with the ‘Hide & Seek’ of what has been repressed. Participants will then be invited briefly to consider the therapeutic use of photographs personally and professionally.
